How It Works:

1. Candidate Application:
   • The referred candidate must apply for a position with THP Healthcare Staffing and mention your referral during the application process.
2. Successful Placement:
   • If the referred candidate is successfully placed and completes 468 hours of work, you will receive your referral bonus.

Referral Bonus Details:

• Registered Nurses (RNs): $1,000 bonus after the referred RN completes 468 hours of work.
• Other Healthcare Travelers: $500 bonus after the referred healthcare traveler (non-RN) completes 468 hours of work.

Eligibility:

• The referral bonus is open to all current THP Healthcare Staffing employees, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
• Referred candidates must be new to THP Healthcare Staffing and not already in our database.
